Ways We Work Together
Individual Music Therapy
Music therapy sessions offer space to process, explore, reconnect, and be witnessed through music.
Together, we may use songwriting, improvisation, music listening, lyric exploration, reflection, or creative expression to support emotional processing, self-understanding, regulation, and growth. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and therapeutic goals, honoring the complexity of each person’s lived experience.
This work can support those moving through:
anxiety, stress, or burnout
grief, transition, or emotional overwhelm
disconnection from self, creativity, or identity
the desire for deeper expression, healing, or support
Music therapy is a clinical and relational process grounded in evidence-based practice, while still making room for creativity, intuition, and humanity.
Session Details:
60-minute session: $110
Sessions are currently offered on a private pay basis. A Superbill can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available.
No musical experience needed. Just a willingness to arrive as you are.
Sound Immersion Sessions
Non-clinical, private sessions that support grounding, regulation, rest, and reconnection through immersive sound and intentional stillness.
Using ambient instrumentation, guided meditation and breath work sessions are shaped around your comfort level, energy capacity, and sensory needs. There is no pressure to perform, process, or “do” anything. The focus is simply to create space for the nervous system to exhale.
These sessions may be supportive for those experiencing:
stress, burnout, or overwhelm
nervous system disregulation
sensory sensitivity or chronic fatigue
periods of depletion, transition, or emotional heaviness
the need for quiet, rest, and gentle recalibration
Unlike music therapy, these sessions are not clinical treatment and do not involve psychotherapy-based goals or treatment planning. They are centered around restoration, regulation, sound and presence.
