What to Expect
This monthly group is a supportive space for women in recovery to reconnect to themselves, feel seen in community, and explore what’s present through reflection, creativity, and music-centered experiences. Each gathering blends grounding practices, conversation, and creative expression in a way that feels honest, engaging, and supportive.
No musical experience is needed — this is not about performance or perfection. It’s about having room to exhale, connect, and express yourself without pressure.
What We’ll Do
Together we’ll move through reflection, conversation, sound, creativity, and shared experiences that support grounding, release, and genuine connection.
Along the way, we may explore meditation, journaling, rhythm and lyric experiences, restorative sound immersion, storytelling, and other creative practices that help us listen more deeply to ourselves and each other.
What to Bring
A journal or notebook
Anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded
An open mind — and permission to show up exactly as you are
You’ll Leave Feeling
More grounded. More connected. More expressed.
You’ll leave with space to breathe, a deeper connection to yourself and others, and the reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
