The Sunday Reset is a weekly drop-in experience designed to help you come back to yourself through stillness, sound, and reflection — so you can move into the week ahead feeling more grounded, clear, and intentional.
What to Expect:
Each session includes gentle guidance, grounding practices, and time for inward personal reflection — all within a calm, low-pressure environment.
At the center is The Sound Reset — a music-led immersive experience using singing bowls, ambient sound, and/or live instrumentation to support relaxation and focus.
There is no expectation to share. This is intended to be a personal experience and you’re invited to move through the experience in your own way. Sessions are small (max 7 people) to maintain a quiet, low-stimulation space.
What We’ll Do:
Settle the body and nervous system
Experience a guided sound immersion
Reflect and reset for the week ahead
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket/pillow (anything to be comfortable on the floor)
Journal + something to write with (optional, phone is fine if preferred)
